Standard Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before check-in: Full refund minus service fees
- 14-29 days before check-in: 50% refund of nightly rate
- Less than 14 days: No refund
Cleaning Fees
Cleaning fees are always refunded if you cancel before check-in.
Service Fees
Service fees are refunded if you cancel within 48 hours of booking AND at least 14 days before check-in.
Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of documented emergencies, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, we may offer more flexible cancellation terms. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
